Wonderful classic synthesizer in very good working order. It has been kept in the past 20 years in a non smoking studio and it has been used until recently on recordings.
Note: 1 selector switch has to be replaced (on-off Organ) The left side wood board is chipped off It has old age cosmetic marks but over all, still a beautiful looking synth!
The Moog Opus 3 is analog poly string synthesizer released in 1980. The Opus-3 had 3 distinct sections for strings, brass, and organ alongside of two analog VCF sections, some simple modulation capabilities, an on-board chorus effect and a unique stereo panning effect found rarely, if at all on synthesizers of the time. A true classic vintage string synthesizer.
Noteworthy Players: Stereolab, Kraftwerk, The Rentals

While perhaps the companies' simplest synthesizer, it does retain the trademark Moog sound and remains a classic vintage string synthesizer.
