1998 Larrivee D-03 Acoustic Guitar

For sale is a 1998 Larrivee model D-03 acoustic guitar. Built by the Larrivee guitar company when they were located in Vancouver. These era of instruments, and the D-03 model in particular, are famous for being one of the first solid-wood North American made high quality acoustic guitars for under $800. The D-03 then became the true workhorse guitar for the company, and for good reason. With its sitka spruce top and mahogany backs and sides this guitar sounds excellent. Very warm and round with chords but punchy and articulate when being plucked. It projects excellently and has a really nice voice. Cosmetically this guitar is in excellent condition, with very little playing marks, a few little dings here and there, but mostly just clean. Included with the guitar is a hardshell case. This is an excellent playing guitar for the money and is just as good, if not a better performer than instruments far out of it's price bracket.
