Very well made in the USA. There is a sticker inside that indicates it was restored in 1976. The neck has been reset and is glued and screwed in. It is stable, just not pretty. It holds tune. I just put new strings on it. For some reason there is a screw or nail in the back. I was afraid to remove it. Otherwise, great guitar. Plays really well, very bluesy
