Ibanez PRO540R 1987 Black/Blue Burst

Ibanez PRO540 Radius  (1987)

Up for grabs is a very good 80's era Ibanez. The PRO540R. Part of the Radius series, where Satriani was playing before his Signature model was introduced for retail. This is the year where they had coil switches for each pickup, and a coil tap for the humbucker for it to split into a single coil, this guitar is full of all sorts of sounds. I think what most people appreciate about this guitar is the neck profile. It's not your typical thin Ibanez neck. It's a strat type profile, and or Satriani type neck profile. 

The Guitar has it's original case, and the Ibanez backstop is still installed, which gives this guitar great sustain, and tuning stability. If you know anything about them, Steve Vai has them installed in all of his guitars for this reason. To make the guitar sound less sea sick and "wobbly" I really enjoy it.
