The Dean Exotica Quilted Ash Bass has beauty that's more than skin deep. It goes all the way to the tone, with help from built-in Aphex Big Bottom circuitry. While the ash body and top deliver a crisp low end and the mahogany neck offers stability and responsiveness, there's more going on inside. Proven Aphex Big Bottom circuitry shapes the input from the piezo pickup to tighten bass articulation and extend low frequencies without the need for more amps or speakers. The result is a deeper, more resonant bass sound.
