Best Vintage German The UE-100 is a pure tube equalizer, developed and built by Klein+Hummel in the 50s and 60s. The machine is divided in 6 groups/modules, which are mounted at the front panel and can be removed individually. Every module is bridgeable internally and can be taken out of the circuit very easily. The design is even today on the top and very modern, even finer built than Neumann or EMT. The very best ever made in Germany. Two full parametric middle bands, low cut/boost (applicable at the same time) and hi cut/boost (applicable at the same time). A kind of a Pultec EQP-1A on steroids. This EQ is the 'hen's teeth' of Pro Audio. They are one of, if not THE, best EQ's ever made. It was the blueprint for the Fairman TMEQ.
