Passieg de Gracia captures the art and grace of the modernisme movement of the 1920s in Barcelona as embodied in the
guitars of that era by the master luthier, Francisco Simplicio. This instrument was built in 2015 specifically for exhibit and entry in the fine arts woodworking competition at the Orange County Fair (CA) where it was awarded First Place in the musical instruments category.

Don't be afraid to make me an offer. After all, what is the worst that can happen?
While this instrument has been both played and exhibited, it has never been sold. As such, it should be considered as "new". It is exceedingly playable and comfortable with 12th fret action currently set at 3.4mm and 3.0mm respectively (E6, E1). It weighs in at 3.4 total pounds.
The sound is full and robust with excellent sustain and sweet, clear trebles - a very worthy instrument for both performer and collector alike.
In the accompanying video, Michael Cruz performs Antonio Ruiz-Pipo's "Cancion y Danza" on this instrument.
