One of the most iconic Gretsch models, the 6122 Chet Aktins Country Gentleman, made its debut in 1957. This beautiful guitar has a super smooth Bigsby tremolo, Filtertron pickups, also super smooth Grover tuners, gold hardware. Incredible condition and tone that just gets better and better each year. American made.
Beautiful guitar. Real f-holes. Playing this thing is like driving a Cadillac on Cyclobenzaprine.
Really, really good shape. No major scratches or dings. Binding and finish is in fantastic shape.
Comes with what I believe to be the original, super plush on the inside, hardshell case.
