This is the fantastic Copper Traces Seek.... This is 1 of 2 that I have for sale on Reverb currently....
Its small, only 12 hp, yet VERY powerful... up to 64 steps, a lot of random capability (which I loved and used all the time) and is really quite easy to use on the fly... therefor its really designed for performance... It has (I think) 12 memory slots for saving a sequence if you want to have some prepared melodic material... I found that I could load a melody, introduce random, then slowly increase the random over time, and finally return to the original sequence... A great performance tool for variation. Has a CV and gate output and an accent output that can be variously configured... Check out some of the videos out there on this module if you don't know it....
I had two of these in my set up with PP and Brains, and the three sequences really worked well together... I have this one for sale, #1, and I have another one for sale here too, #2... I liked having two because I could run them a different step counts for contrasting lines (learned this from Steevio!!)
However, I recently shrunk my set up for ease of travel... The other Seek is listed here, and the Make Noise PP and Brains... I wasn't able to get to the size I wanted using all these modules, so I lost some of the great performative versatility for portability and now just have one sequencer that is also a MIDI host...
I think this design is really powerful... The small hp and easy UI make it tremendously versatile and useful, especially in a smaller system... Two of these with PP and Brains would be a great set of sequencing tools for say a 9U or 12U set up...
