Goodall RS (Rosewood) 1997

Selling my 1997 Goodall Standard series guitar in near mint condition. "Standard" refers to the shape only....... there's nothing "standard" about this guitar" except the model name.

 Set up with light gauge (12's). 1 3/4 inch nut and string spacing at the saddle of 2 1/4 inches.

 Sounds incredible! Perfect blend of high end and richness.  

These go for well over $6,000 new and there's only minor discounts from dealers.... not like with mass produced brands. Includes Orig. HS case.

Other details: The guitar has beautiful beautiful koa binding, sitka spruce top, bound head stock, and rosewood back and sides. Also has a great sounding passive pickup installed (passive-- no electronics). Also a clear pickguard.

 The patina has mellowed out over the years too, but no cracks or finish checking.

Set up: Comfortable low action with no buzzing or fret outs. (Currently 6 64ths measured at the 12th fret on the bass side and bit lower on the treble).  The shape of the neck is also very comfortable. Not chunky. Also plenty of saddle left. Intonation is great.

There is a tiny nick in the lacquer on the top above the sound hole that you can barely see in the 3rd to last picture showing the purfling. 

Its hard to get an idea of what the color/ patina looks like in person. That's why I've included different pictures of the top. Its not as dark as the darker pictures imply.

 The case has a few light scratches on the top but is otherwise in excellent shape.

Shipping is priced at bit less than what I'll surely have to pay. UPS or fedex ground. Does not include shipping to Hawaii. I'd have to get a price on that.
