It's with heavy heart that I sell my beloved Martin D-21JCB......Jim Croce BRAZILIAN. This is #50. Martin Co. was supposed to build 73 in tribute of the year we lost Jim Croce, but Dick Boat (Martin Historian) confirmed that they only made 65. I have the email from him that I can forward to you.
Martin Co. also made 73 D-21JC guitars in Indian Rosewood, and they actually made all 73 of those. This guitar is FAR MORE RARER, and sounds AMAZING!!!
If we did not lose Jim to that fateful airplane flight in 1973, can you imagine how many more #1 hits we would have from him??!!
