Original vintage c 1968 Burns/ Baldwin 706-v electric guitar in very nice, perfect playing condition. Gretsch was purchased by Baldwin in 1968, and as a result, Baldwin/ Burns started making gretsch style guitars in the UK, with cool gretschy appointments like the van Ghent tuners, zero fret, bigsby style tailpiece, and hilotron type humbucker pickups. These rare and briefly manufactured guitars also had some cool features of the UK and Italian made vox guitars of the period, like the super lynx, especially in the pickguard, vibrato, vox knobs and roller bridge. Coooooool. In truth, (shhh) this is one of the better gretsches I’ve played. ;)

This one is in very nice cosmetic condition as well, with only the light and normal exterior finish and play wear one expects of a well loved and well cared for instrument of this age and pedigree, including the usual lacquer spidering and a nice ding in the back, all included at no extra charge. The super beat hardshell case (pictured) is included. Enjoy!
