Kramer Nightswan 1989 Lightning

Up for sale is a rare original unmolested Kramer Nightswan with the Lightning Graphic. The Guitar gets an easy A as far as condition goes. The only issues with the guitar are the tiny ding at the headstock, about the size of the tip of a pencil. There is also a small rub mark on the back side of the lower horn. The mark is not through the clearcoat, it can be seen but not felt. The clearcoat is also lifted in a few spots around control cavity. The frets are in outstanding condition, no dings or divots or indentations at all. Could only use to be treated to a little steel wool or your choice of cleaning agent to remove the light film that has built up from being stored and unused. There are a few very light indentations on the back of the neck nearer to the heel. There are no cracks or chips. Now onto the bread and butter...what can be said really?, the Guitar has been stored and unplayed for the majority of its life. 30 years old and this thing is still in better shape than any floor model new Guitar out there. The front of the Guitar is Mint without even a mark. Clearcoat is as glossy as the day it came out of the paint booth. Original Seymour Duncan Full Shred bridge Humbucker and Seymour Duncan JB middle. 24 frets, Ping Pong inlay, 24.75” Gibson short scale. This Nightswan was one of the last great guitars of the Original Kramer Era, as evidenced by the G Series Neck Plate. Even the original hard shell case is in fantastic condition and the key is included. Light discoloring on the outside of the case in certain light. Could probably just use to be wiped well and cleaned up from storage. Tiny tolex tear on the bottom side of the case. I would honestly doubt that there is another original Nightswan out there in a condition as good as this one. The only reason I marked the condition as “very good” is because Reverbs description of Excellent is that a Guitar is without any marks at all. I disclosed all marks and minute issues with this Guitar, but I personally feel that it is closer to what is thought of as Excellent Condition.

Shipping: I will ship the Guitar fully insured UPS within the United States. The Guitar will be packed in a large oversized box with plenty of room all around the case for bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. If you live on the west coast and could arrange pickup that would probably be best, as there is really no replacing or repairing this guitar if it is damaged.

Worldwide: The fretboard is made of Ebony so there really shouldn’t be an issue as far as CITES goes. If the guitar is sold to a buyer outside of the United States, I will likely use USPS, and the shipping cost will be whatever I have to pay to get it shipped. I will send an invoice of the cost after the sale is confirmed.
