The Gold Tone GRS's full-depth steel body takes the energy generated by the authentic reverse-cone resonator and biscuit bridge and pumps it out relentlessly. The new Gold Tone/Beard resonator cover plate features a removable palm rest making it a breeze to adjust string action, break angle, string spacing or to replace the bridge saddle without removing all that hardware. Available as a left-handed model.

Remboursements
L’acheteur reçoit un remboursement intégral dans son mode de paiement initial moins les frais d’expédition et 15 % de frais de restockage.
Conditions particulières
Shipping Damage or Defective Item:
Damaged/defective merchandise during shipping transit or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of merchandise receipt with images and video.
Please note: Just reporting within 3 days without images/video will not qualify the transaction for a return/refund.
We strongly advise that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
Merchandise reported after 3 days of receipt will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
Defective/Damaged items must be shipped out in 3 days after receiving an RMA. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee and the shipping charges will be subtracted from the original payment.
None defective/damaged items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving RMA and a shipping tracking must be provided by the buyer. Failure to do so will be resulted in denying the return for a refund and the only exchange will be permitted.
Note for Harmoniums purchased: if the harmonium was recently purchased, and the customer alters the tuning then it is not returnable for refunds/exchange.
Refunds:
If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Buyer will receive a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping/handling charges and a 15% restocking fee.
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for any unauthorized returns or packages returned undelivered.
It is important to please contact us before you ship any product back to us. Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number and insurance(lost/damaged). The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, components and accessories (if included). "New and unused" means the saleable condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order, please email us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.
