Professionally set up and plays like butter - but sounds even better.
The bass was put together using two MIM bases:
1. Body from a 1994 black label Fender (highly regarded in quality and sound by people in bass forums).
2. The neck is from a 2007 MIM Precision bass.
The pickup sounds amazing and reminiscent an old school p-bass sound with plenty of punch and clarity. I'm not sure about the brand, but the original pickup will also be included.
The body has a lot of dings and scratches. However, the neck is in much better shape and the bass plays well with low action. I have to list this as "fair", but the neck and frets are in good shape and what really matters is how it plays. None of the cosmetic issues affect the sound or playability of the instrument. Also, tuners are high quality "Licensed by Schaller".
Plus new strings and TUSQ nut!
