This was a little "pet Project" of mine after buying an original one of these at an Antique store years ago. Back in the 1950s Gibson, Fender and other manufacturers produced these cheap little cardboard guitar stands, and in front of the stand they had a "Sign" that was made from a sturdier material. Most of these were destroyed over the years, or they succumbed to the rigors of age, so I took my original and measured it closely and had these re-created by a local sign shop who still practices the old school multi layer silk screen type printing. I had them use the same material (Masonite) and also had them bevel the edges just like the original. The result is an excellent tribute to those original Stand Front Signs.
I only have a few of these left, when they are gone, thats it. The guitar pictured is not for sale, Its just used for scale. Also no "Stand" is included. Its just the sign. It props in front of your guitar stand for a nice 50s Showroom effect.
