.... Size wise, it's 12.25" across, and requires an 11" diameter mounting hole....

 These work FANTASTIC as all sorts of upgrades and replacements in 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, and even dedicated subwoofer upgrades....

.. Power wise it's rated for 140watts RMS, but the nice thing is that with it's fairly high efficiency it doesn't take a lot of amplifier power to get great bass response. 

  It cranks out great bass response with it's large magnetic structure which is bumped and centrally vented for air exchange, an ALUMINUM former voice coil,talc loaded polypropylene cone assembly and an ultra high quality rubber surround.
