Early 60's Sonor Teardrop Black Sparkle Jazz drums 3-piece. "Double Mallet Logo" / "Klöppellogo". The set is the 3-ply Beech shells with reinforcement rings. The floor tom is the 6-ply version. New Black Sparkle finish, rewrapped by Soundbuddy. Original catologus finish (1963-1964). Hardware and chrome are very nice.
Set is in great condition. Original brackets, suspension and bass drum muffler. Updated Champion brackets and legs on the floor tom. Rare: Original, almost spotless calf skin drum heads on the bass drum. Good Remo Ambassador Coated drum heads on the rest.
