Gretsch New Classic Drums in limited edition Turquoise Sparkle wrap. Gretsch made 50 of these sets in 2012...30 were sold in North America and 20 were sold in other countries. 18x22, 16x16, 8x12 and 6.5x14 snare.
All maple shells with 30 degree bearing edges and Gretsch's silver sealer on the inside of all drums. Die cast hoops on toms and snare with solid brass, chrome plated Gladstone style lugs throughout. The 12" tom has a Gretsch GTS mount integrated for easy mounting on an L rod style mount. Toms have new Evans heads on top and bottom. Bass drum has new Evans UV1 batter w new Evans resonant head.
The drums are in mint condition and haven't left my house since I purchased them. The only area that isn't mint is the batter side bass drum hoop which has a little pedal rash.
This is a beautiful looking and sounding set of drums. They sound warm, tonal and punchy with a great tuning range. Fit and finish is impeccable Overall, this is simply a beautiful looking and sounding set of drums. .
