Medallion Brand tenor saxophone mouthpiece, made in the 50's probably. Came with a 1951 tenor I bought recently that hadn't been played since the 70's!

Made from plastic, plays well and is a good vintage piece for a student or for someone who wants to learn the art of modifying mouthpieces. Straight walls like a Brilhart and has a #3 stamped into the butt of the facing.
