Gibson J50 adj Vintage 1962 Natural

This is a Vintage 1962 Gibson J50 ADJ. This guitar has recently been appraised by Guitar Center. It was inspected, and black lighted. They appraised it for, and stated they would sell this guitar for $2,900.00. I did not accept the offer they made me to purchase it. I am selling this for a little less, so I can sell it quickly. Maybe someone on Reverb can save a few bucks and get a great guitar. Condition. The guitar is in good, to great condition for being 56 years old. It has some scratches, dents, dings, finish checking, and normal wear. There is (1) REPAIRED small crack in the top. Near the side, hip of the guitar. See pic's. There are (2) REPAIRED cracks in the back. See pic's. These repaires were made several years ago while in the care of a prior owner. The guitar was NOT refinished. The repairs are SOLID and appear to have been done by a professional who knew what they were doing.
The frets have one small string ding in them at the 13th fret, B string. It does not affect the playability. See pic's The rest of the frets, and the fret board are original and in LIKE NEW CONDITION. Amazing for a guitar of this age.
There is one small blemish on the bottom. See pic's.
The tuning machines were swapped out to chrome, Schaller tuning machines. This must have been done sometime in the 1980's, because the tuners say "Made in W. Germany".
The truss rod cover has been changed, and is not original.
This guitar has been PROFESSIONALLY SETUP, and cleaned by a certified, authorized, Gibson Warranty Repair Tech. It was set up with new D'addario 12 gage strings.
This guitar sounds and plays amazing.
