Alesis X2 24ch (24x8x2) analog console in Great condition! Includes wheeled case!

Mixer is still in great condition, sonically. Changed price and 'condition' for clarity - I received a few inquiries about the meter bridge remaining lit. The meter bridge IS broken, but has nothing to do with the audio signal; it is strictly for monitoring. Since it is still a function of the console, though, I've re-listed this under 'fair condition' to reflect that a part of it is not operating correctly. The meter bridge can be fixed, but I am not so handy with a soldering iron. This board is still excellent, and is everything described below, I've simply changed the listing to prevent any upset over preconceptions about what this console is or is not. It IS an excellent project studio console that is 20+ years old (built in '94) and has a few kinks, electronically, due to its age... it is NOT a brand-new console with manufacture's warranty. Just like an older vehicle, don't expect to buy this and use it maintenance-free for another ten years... 
Selling my much-loved Alesis X2 small-format analog console. This thing is basically just a miniature full-blown professional recording console - full outfitting of ins, outs, and some very capable internal routing, with an oscillator built in for trouble-shooting and maintenance. This mixer is fully modular, and also includes an extra refurbished channel strip in case you need to make any repairs or would like to make modifications but want a 'control' strip to have as a default. This particular unit is in near-mint condition cosmetically - I am only the second owner, the first being an old Alesis retailer that kept this X2 for himself, though never actually utilized it. The only issue this mixer has is the meter bridge; it has a number of channels (see photos) that stay lit regardless of signal presence. The meter isn't an essential feature for me, so I always just disregarded the problem - it doesn't affect the sonic quality in the slightest, so it never bothered me. All other lights function as intended, and everything else about the board is awesome. Considering this particular mixer was assembled in 1994, it's aged extremely well, and proved to be problem-free with the exception of the occasional scratchy pot here and there (which is easy enough to fix). I'm selling because my wife and I are selling our house and moving into an apartment - just not going to have the space anymore. 

There are lots of fantastic little quirks that the X2 has going for it, and it's sure to provide some solid tracking/mixing capabilities to any project or budding studio. Don't pass this up!
