nicks, cracks, or dings on this Traditional. It's in great shape with just a light patina that has formed.

With a weight of 2214 grams, this 20" Traditional yields fantastic stick definition while still remaining dark and warm. The bell is med-low in pitch but solid enough for the latin thing and even pop. The attack is noticeably stronger than the Med Light Ride and not as gong-y/washy as the Light Ride. As far as the Traditionals go, this Medium is one of the drier, more focused cymbals in the series. It still has that gorgeous Traditional organic wash, but it's definitely more controlled and yields a greater stick attack.

It is of course still crashable, perfect for crash/accents while riding. And it beckons for rivets if you're so inclined.

Obviously this Original Etched Logo Paiste Traditional is a no brainer for jazz, blues, ballads, trio work, and soul. However the fun doesn't stop there. It's dark organic tone and terrific stick definition make it a welcomed addition to any pop, country, acoustic singer/songwriter, funk, fusion, and even medium volume rock gigs.
