Custom Built Steerhorn Deerskin Warmoth Guitar disowned by Jeff Tweedy

Yeah, yeah, we know. It wasn't our fault. This was bought on a bet. A losing bet. There is no reason this guitar should exist. But it does. And here it is. We got to look at it for a while. It's been hanging on the wall at the Loft for some time but we think it's time to leave the barn door open and let this guy run free. Sure, it was a fun conversation starter for a while. We've found we can start conversations all on our own without it. Hopefully it will go to a good home. It's had all its shots and has been neutered (thank goodness).

Originally a natural finish Warmoth Strat "parts guitar". The fur and such was added later. NOT A FACTORY FINISH. A case, you ask? A CASE?! How in the world would this fit in a case?!! No, no damn case! 

Neck: Compound radius... not sure if that is a warmoth part or not...  But you weren't looking at this because you're dying to find a real stock 80's Warmoth neck, right? 

Bridge: chrome Kahler locking nut system with Wammy bar... alan wrench "conseal and carry" on back of headstock...

Pick-ups: super distortion Dimarzio humbucker/single coils... Back in the day that meant "terrible sounding" pickups. 

Finish: authentic "deerskin hide" with real "steer horns" and two "sheep eyes" all purchased from a "taxidermist".
