What is a Spatiailzer? It's a device that provides the mixer the ability to produce an enlarged and encompassing mixdown- and yet have control over the elements. It is a two speaker, stereo process by which the sound-field is electronically defined in terms of six independent parameters, which combine to induce an illusion in the listener's mind of dimensional space containing width and depth that may be manipulated by adjustment of those six parameters.
