1964 Silvertone 1484 head, all original as far as I know . It's in good shape for how old it is, all channels, tremolo and reverb work great no problems at all . No tares in the tor-lax . I think the reverb and tremolo sounds great on this amp ,people seem to talk bad about it . Maybe it's just this one . This amp gets very loud . Great for blue,rock and surf . Bands form the velvet underground to jack white uses this amp . If you have any questions feel free to ask .
