Up on the sale block today is a beautiful 1927 Martin 00-18 owned by John Stirratt of Wilco. 1927 marked the first year the 00-18 was manufactured with bracing for steel strings and this is an excellent specimen. Light but with a robust, sonorous character, this example features the expected scratches and small nicks, but absolutely no cracking. Same model played by Jimmie Rodgers.
Comes with certificate of authenticity signed by Stirratt.
