Scratches, Dings, Cracks, ETC
Banjo is in great condition for it's age but does have a few signs of wear. There are a few dings, scuffs, and scratches that can be expected from years of playing. The headstock has some weather checking and has previously had cam style D-Tuners installed at one point but they're not included. The back of the resonator has some light scratches but no structural damage. This banjo also has that 'vintage' smell but it's not overpowering, just smells old. The metal hardware has some signs of wear and sports a fabulous vintage patina. Some parts, such as the truss rod cover, head, bridge, and tailpiece have been replaced and there has been a railroad spike installed at the 7th fret. We think this RB is an early 60's model, but we aren't 100% sure. This banjo has seen plenty of playing time and is ready for more... Your search for a solid vintage player has ended!

Fretwear
This guitar does have a bit of fretwear all the way up, but it actually plays great. May need some attention in the future but for now, it's solid!

Action
Action is low and relatively buzz free! Could use some work in the future.
