We bought this very cool and great sounding 2-12 Dumble cabinet many years ago from Robert Stamps, past owner of "The Amp Shop" in California. He told us he changed out the original EV speakers due to their weight and that he preferred the tone of the Celestion G-12 65 speakers. This cabinet we would guess is an early to mid 80's model and it does sound fantastic with the Celestion speakers. Robert did not keep the original EV speakers. We have seen 2-12 Dumble cabinets sell for 2-3 times of this asking price.
In the last 40 years we have owned over 60 original Dumble amps and do enjoy having some around to play. We have included a photo of a few Dumbles we had at one time but are no longer here.
