This pickup was made in 1994.
Lane Poor started a company making high end bass pickups and he also manufactured these acoustic soundhole pickups.
Sometime in 2000 he contracted Lyme Disease and closed operations
Recently the company was revived by a former apprentice however they make bass pickups only.
The pickup is in very good condition and comes with a 12 foot cable that ends in a 1/4 plug.
The pickup is quiet and natural sounding and is easy to install.
One of my pics shows it installed in my Martin D18.
