The Viper is LTD's slightly more rockin', significantly more pissed off version of the venerable Gibson SG. The mahogany body, bound mahogany set neck, rosewood fingerboard, tune-o-matic style bridge and dual humbuckers scream Gibson while the more extreme silhouette, EMG 81/85 pickups, flag inlays and more foreboding appearance suggest a more progressive, refined metal machine. Coming in at 8 lb. 6 oz., this Viper 400 has a slim, flat "C" shaped neck that plays super fast. It's a loud, powerful guitar that has a very rich tone with tons of sustain. This one shows a moderate amount of play wear with several small dings, chips, impressions, pick marks, etc. The frets are still in good condition and show minimal wear. Currently, the back plate is missing but we're working in securing a replacement. Super nice guitar!
