This 1951 Martin D-18 is in good condition and sounds unbelievable! We took it to a local Martin authorized dealer to help us describe the condition accurately. Please also refer to the pictures. Here are the notes they gave us: -Back, sides, and neck have been oversprayed
-Front has been professionally refinished, possibly done by Martin factory
-4 or 5 of the bottom frets have been filed down
-original tuners
-original Martin bridge
-replaced high-end pick guard
-mobile crack on left side
-pickups installed under bridge
-original bridge plate
