Amazing 1966 Yamaha SA-5 in perfect working order.
Serial number 756.
Professionally set up at Emerald city guitars, this rare one sounds absolutely amazing with its mini humbuckers.
Tremolo similar to a jazz master but smoother.
Everything original except the strings.
The case is missing one rubber foot out of the four on the bottom and the tab that opens the internal compartment box. Handle is original although was modified 40+ years ago with a visually appealing and tastefully done braided heavy gauge wire that has a nice patina on it.
The wire wraps around the bottom of the handle to prevent it from falling off.
Includes the original case, tool kit, Yamaha polishing cloth, leather strap and the curly wire.
Very very little wear (95 % fret life remaining) as it was a case queen almost it’s entire life.
