Fairlight CMI IIx

This is a pretty rare one.  Complete CMI IIx system,  was purchased nearly ten years ago.

has everything you need to fairlight; the unit, midi/ sync interface, no keyboard included but you can use any midi keyboard you like to control it,  the very rare lightpen to mouse converter (works with any usb mouse) a flatscreen monochrome monitor, and a CMI flash kit (not currently installed) that allows you to not use the floppy disks and access tons of sounds, and even to create your own disk images from a daw.   It does have all the factory disks included and more, a few copies of the system disk, full factory sound library QDOS etc. also comes with all the factory manuals as well.

These machines were built to military specs so they are more solid than any computer you can imagine. It literally has never crashed on me once.  

this unit works great and sounds amazing, the way it can reproduce sound is hard to describe but its unlike anything you have ever heard. its currently being used in my studio quite a bit but is being offered for sale, If you want to see it go in person and you are near me you are more than welcome to come look at it..  If you want to buy it and have it shipped you would have to arrange a pickup yourself.
