The Spalted Maple top sitting on the contoured Ash body gives the ESP LTD B-205SM a distinct style that separates this 4-string bass from the rest of the pack. In addition to the See Thru Black Satin finish, the B-205SM comes equipped with a pair of ESP's SB-5 pickups and electronics that include Volume and Balance controls along with the ABQ3 Active 3-Band EQ circuitry.The bolt-on, 5-piece, Maple/Rosewood neck is carved into a thin "U" shape and topped with a Rosewood fingerboard featuring 24 XJ frets and Abalone dot inlays.
