UPS Ground Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day via UPS Ground services. You will be emailed an order confirmation as soon as your order is received by Reverb and processed by Kraft Music. A tracking number is also sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse. The tracking number will enable you to easily find out the delivery status of your package. Over-sized items may ship via a freight company (see below). USPS may be used for very small items.

Freight Delivery
Most freight orders are shipped within 1 business day! Due to the weight and size, some orders will be required to ship via truck (freight). The following business day, after your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email from Kraft Music, with tracking information relating to your shipment. Once the shipment is checked in at your local shipping hub, the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery will not be attempted until an appointment is scheduled with you. You will need to be present when the shipment is delivered. Deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday), during regular business hours.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: Please test your item before getting it fully assembled. For example, with digital pianos, unpack the keyboard portion, power it on and test all the keys. It is very rare that these items arrive with defects, but it is still a good idea to test it before spending time getting it fully assembled. Use caution when unpacking your purchase from its box, as some needed parts and pieces may be packed in and amongst the packing material. Be sure to save the carton and all packing materials, in case of a needed return. Do not write on the box and do not discard.

Due to many of our dealer franchise agreements, we are not able to process most International orders.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or you may want to exchange it for another product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and if your original order qualified for free shipping, that uncharged shipping amount, as stated in your order confirmation, will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to either upgrade or keep your refund as a store credit with Kraft Music within the 30 day return period, we will split the previously mentioned return shipping costs with you.
