Magus Ultimate Attenuator/ Re-Amp 200W

This is an Ultimate Attenuator by Magus Innovations. If you don't know about these, the Ult. Attenuator employs its own output transformer to take your signal down from 100w to any level. You might also consider this a Re-Amp device since your amp's own output transformer isn't used to drive the speakers. The Ultimate Attenuator has a great reputation with Marshall amps, I used it with a 100 Super Lead and JTM-45 with NO issues. Attenuators do not fry your tubes or transformers, YOU do by playing your amp at 10. The ideal way to use an attenuator of any kind is to knock down the dB enough for the stage or studio while retaining the same tone. That being said, there are Bedroom and Plexi switches to take the volume down accurately to whisper levels and retain high end, respectively. This model is equipped with 200W headroom to handle higher wattage amps like Orange or Hiwatt. A line out is also helpful for recording. Feel free to ask questions.
