Every note is loud, grand and clear. Excellent for blue grass. I don’t know much about this guitar; I invested 2500.00 in it many years ago and have to sell due to trigger finger. I have no idea of the true value. It’s an excellent sounding workhorse that I have enjoyed for years. An Old vintage Dearmond pickup was added can be removed with no harm to guitar. Finish appear original and all else as far as I can detect. Nice V neck. Solid feel.
