As has become a standard here at Tallman Instruments... we never let a guitar leave our shop that hasn't received personal attention to that of a detailed set-up. Most come to us with a typical factory set-up... but we are compelled to take set-ups to a higher level. We do take the personal time with each guitar to get it to the point we would want it if we were the customer. String clearances at both the nut and at the 12th are checked and brought with in spec. Fretboards and bridges are cleaned and treated with natural oils for beauty and preservation. Fret heights checked and remedied if to high. New strings installed, tuned, and guitar is played up the neck to check for any buzz. Our goal is... that after you play it for a little while... you will stop and say... "Wow this plays nice"! We love our comments back from customers that tell us just that... and we find that most rewarding.
