Shubb C4 Standard Capo for Electric Guitars, 7.25" Radius Fretboards, Polished Nickel
The Shubb C4 Standard capo is made to fit a fretboard radius of approximately 7.25 inches, as opposed to the standard steel string models, which can accommodate a radius ranging from 9 to 16 inches. The C4 was designed specifically for certain vintage models of the Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster, and copies of these guitars, that have a more radical curve to the fretboard. Most electric guitars do not have this radical of a curve and should use the C1 model capo.
Crafted from nickel-plated brass, the C4 capo features Shubb's roller wheel design for smoother action, superior geometry, and reduced wear. Shubb also added a contoured lever allowing for easier use and rounded ends that are softer to the touch. Available in two different finishes: Polished or Brushed Nickel.
