SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping charges are for the lower 48 states only. (not Hawaii, Puerto Rico, satellite military bases, etc.) Please contact us for all other US states and/or an international shipping.
RETURN INFORMATION:
All returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition, include all warranty cards, literature, packaging, etc in to qualify for a full refund. All returns are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must have a Return Authorization Number ("RA#") prior to be shipped back to The Amp Shop. Customers must notify The Amp Shop of return wihin 24 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number to ship product back.
Domestic Customers: Customer is responsible for shipping of the item back to The Amp Shop. For exchanges of product within the United States, The Amp Shop will pay all shipping costs to return the replacement item back to you.
International Customers: The Amp Shop is not responsible for postage to and from, taxes, duties and or brokerage fees on international returns and exchanges. All shipping and customs fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
