Express clone built by Hall Amplification. If you've done much homework, you're familiar with Dana and Richie. When it was decided to build a tribute Express for Ken's family after he passed away, the Trainwreck Forum chose Dana to be the one to build it. He knew Ken and arguably knows the circuit as well as anyone save Ken. You can find a lot on the web if you want to search it out. Here's just one example, a quote from 'mabley123' on the Telecaster forum TDPRI.com:

Dana knows his TR's. Richie knows Watkins Dominator and anything Marshall especially the 18 watter. They have a business but mainly do their own stuff and say if I wanted something done?? It would take a good while as they are very busy. Richie has also been having hand troubles on and off for years and has had several surgeries."
The amp includes Dana's VVR circuit which is his version of power scaling. Full up it has no effect. It works much better than an attenuator and loses no high end or the ability to clean up even at low volumes. I don't think they're making many these days (good luck finding another one) and are hard to find. Lots of good builders out there but I think Dana and Richie are the top of the heap for TW style amps. If shipping is less than 75 I'll refund the difference, any more than that, I'll pay the difference.
