As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx. Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes). Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.
Our official hours of operation for spring and summer are: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday and Friday; 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays.
Considering the large volume of listings we maintain, though rare, typographical errors and oversights will sometimes occur. Note, especially, that a case is ONLY included with a sale when it is pictured in the ad. On rare occasion, text in the description or title may inadvertently indicate otherwise. If there is any doubt, please inquire. We ALWAYS post a picture of a case when one is included in a sale. Only the item(s) pictured in the ad are included in this sale.
