About This Listing

2011 Hard Knocks Guitars Custom Senior Double Cut. Finished in Pearl White, with black Bakelite guard. Guitar was built specifically for Nancy Wilson (Heart) and played by her on the 2011 Heart / Def Leppard Tour. The last night of the tour, in San Antonio Texas, Nancy smashed the guitar at the end of their encore, "The Who - Love Reign O'er Me" as captured on video by the band. This guitar is the ULTIMATE HEART FAN collectible! Stage played, stage smashed by Nancy Wilson of Heart! This guitar is signed by Nancy personally, " This was a Smashing Guitar, Love Nancy" ... VERY FEW stage played instruments from Nancy's collection ever make it to the market, and the last three that were sold in 2014 by Julien's Auction House in New York City were sold for between $5,000 and $15,000! Check the auction results for those guitars on pages 121, 129 and 147 for other Nancy Wilson guitars that have gone to auction on Julien's auction website.

Guitar was hand built by Will Kelly, Vintage Guitar Magazine's "Shop of Hard Knocks" Monthly Columnist. This instrument has bullet-proof provenance, with photos, videos and COA from the Builder himself! Displayed in a beautiful Dark Wood framed Shadow Box, perfect for wall mount in your fan cave! Own a truly one of a kind collectible Rock N Roll momento from one of the Classic Rock Bands of all time!
