The CC44 Celebrity Deluxe Plus figured top coupled with exotic soundhole hardwoods, create a striking mix of colors. Using incredibly sophisticated laser-based aerospace measurement machines, Ovation engineers plotted the movement of the guitar tops using different bracing patterns. Through detailed analysis, they developed their scalloped X-bracing that achieved their goals. The result is a stable top that produces a rich, powerful sound that cuts through but is responsive at the same time.

What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the authorized refurbisher couldn't find anything wrong with it. No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. This is a discontinued model that was simply sent to the refurbisher as overstock. It looks and plays like new.
