You are viewing a custom Gildaxe retro-inspired electric 4-string bass. It is 34" scale with a basswood body and maple neck. It has one early 80's Peavey T-40 hum-bucker pu in the classic T-bird position, volume and tone pots (500k) and a .047 cap. It has staggered string-thru individual bridge units and a unique two-tone colour scheme with a subtle dusting of fine gold glitter/sparkle flakes (ivory and dark bronze/black) final coated with satin clear lacquer. The 2 colours are divided by thin tort binding on the body sides and a hs bevel on the neck. The neck is from an Epi Goth T-bird and the custom body is based on the 60's Teisco Del Rey. It's super light (7lbs/13oz), balances well and sounds super big! Action is low and fast - it's a great playing/sounding bass. Cool retro-looking aluminum knobs and Dunlop Strap-Lok strap pegs round out this super cool, one of a kind bass.
