About this listing
The Ibanez FL-305 Flanger is a vintage Japanese flanger known for its rich, distinctly analog modulation character. Produced during Ibanez's classic era of Japanese effects, it delivers everything from subtle movement and chorus-like textures to deep, sweeping jet-style flanging. Its warm character makes it particularly suitable for guitar, while the broad modulation range also lends itself to bass, keyboards, and other instruments.
The FL-305 provides dedicated controls for Speed, Width, Regeneration, and Delay Time, offering detailed control over the movement and intensity of the effect. Lower settings can add gentle depth and animation, while increased regeneration and more extreme delay settings produce the dramatic resonant sweeps associated with classic analog flanging. The combination of hands-on controls and vintage analog circuitry gives the FL-305 a distinctive sound and considerable flexibility.
Made in Japan and increasingly sought after as a vintage Ibanez effect, the FL-305 is an appealing choice for players and collectors interested in classic analog modulation. This example includes an adapter and the manual.
