Ultra-Rare vintage 1978 Arp Quadra Analogue Synthesiser in truly amazing condition!!
Comes extensively pro refurbished, serviced and calibrated to a very high level, and in a brand new, custom fitted flight case!
Here are just some of the highlights of the work that has been done:Fully re-capped (new electrolytic capacitors). Power supply fully rebuilt. All of the old CMOS IC’s replaced. All Op-amps replaced. All CA3086's replaced New CMOS memory ram, new CPU, new DAC. All of the Molex signal connectors replaced. Sliders replaced or cleaned and re-greased. Keybed cleaned and all bus-bars and contacts cleaned. Fully tuned and factory calibrated.
Add in the absolutely stunning physical condition and I think you would be very hard pressed to find a better example!
Sonically this is possibly one of the most beautiful sounding analogue synthesisers ever made, and I say that having owned most of them. Famous users range from New Order to Pink Floyd.
