this is a very rich sounding guitar, cosmetically it has some blemish/wear since it is a 1965. the action is good, the neck is good. there is a place on the back where the guitar had been damaged and unprofessionally fixed . IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE SOUND OF THE GUITAR AT ALL AND IS FIXABLE. I called Martin and they will fix it professionally and bring it back to the best condition possible. this will increase the value of this guitar. I just do not have the time to do it and would rather sell it to someone who collects or has a love for Martin 12 strings. like I said the sound of this Guitar is rich with bright tones and a nice bottom end that fills every corner of a room. I added a picture of the damaged area. The guitar is very playable with a great neck.
