Gibson Epiphone FLYING V BASS guitar 1998 BROWN one off custom factory color, 51st & ONLY ONE made!

1998 Epiphone short scale FLYING V bass guitar. The 51st one made and in a CUSTOM COLOR of brown with CHROME not gold anodized bridge and tuners! Truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND instrument. These were made in 2 runs about 12 years apart. These were made in 3 colors ONLY! Black, white and natural and always with gold anodized fittings. This is a ONE OFF custom color with STOCK CHROME fittings. I got this used from Japan and is at this time THE ONLY KNOWN example in a FACTORY CUSTOM COLOR. This is currently strung lefty with a set of my nylon wounds. I have others of this same bass and WILL NOT be shipping with the nylon wounds. IT will instead include its original stock strings that came with it new. These are old and used and you should string this with your prefered strings and gauge

    Overall very good working used stock condition. Electronically stock and all in working order with no issues. This is a used bass with nicks and dents and scratches. Nothing major or extreme. The pickguard is beautiful. never used with a pick. The neck is smooth and near flawless. The headstock is close to the same with only minor dents. There is a buckle scratch on the back and some clear coat haze on the lower horns as shown. The bridge threaded mounting inserts are nickle as this came STOCK with Chrome fittings as all others have gold mounting inserts that prove this bass came stock with chrome and were not swapped out aftermarket. The bridge is marked Epiphone on back. There is a pickguard screw hole repaired and filled under the pickguard.

        Well that is about it. Your chance to own the only one of its kind in the world. The bass is currently strung lefty with one of my left handed nuts in the photos. Like the original strings that are included I have the original right handed nut. It has a tiny chip out of the E sting corner but still holds ok. This has very low action (the only way my mom will let me play) and the action can be lowered still due to a perfect neck set.
